Renault 9 et Renault 11 Club de France

Sorry but I've got no knoledges about how to repair your speedometer. But I think I've got some renault books abouts diagnostics for electricity. I'll have a look.

OK Thanks. If "capteur de vitesse" is broken, is it posible to get some new??? I asked in polish Renault Service they doesn`t have this car in dialogys Maybe would it fit from another model? Like R25 or else?

I don't know if you can still faind it in france, but it was quit expensive, more than 100 euros I think, you should better go in a scrapyard and try to find a renault 25 for example, but only some models have an electronic information for the speed, like yours ( TXE, TXI, V6...) or on another R11 electronic or a Turbo as well.

It`s very hard to find a R11 electronic in poland, turbo as well. I have automatic gearbox AR4 from R25 v6 in my garage so I will check tomorow if it will fit.

You know in poland people (mostly villagers) dosn`t like cars start on "F" ford, fiat and french They bellive that best car in the world is VW Golf or Passat.
But I know since I started to drive R25 the french cars are best. Very comfortable, luxurious equipment quite powerful and very stylish.

R25 is in my family for 12 years it used to be Tx V6 but few years ago i bought TXE from england and from two I made one almost full spec with aircon, leather, ABS, full electrics, automatic gearbox, talking computer, and 2.0 engine. almost the smallest one

About history of R11 I`dont know much, first registration in poland was 22.04.1991, in 12.11.2004 it get LPG intalation, in 29.11.2006 it was equiped in trailer tow hitch

Your 25 has nice leather seats and looks in a pretty good condition. I like the view from the dashboard by night, with all the green lights. We don't have a lot of TXE in France, rather TX + options or TXI.

And what about your 11 ? Speedometer still doesn't work ?

Yes speedo still doesn`t work. I didn`t have recently time to fix car, but I bought a R9 for spares 1.4 in quite good condition. Rear suspension is like new so as front.

No the R9 is only for spares, and the chasis is going to be cut into pieces. With R11 nothing new, maybe during winter I`ll fix it using parts from R9
